Athletes and athletics require tremendous amounts of oxygen to convert carbohydrates, sugars, fats and proteins into heat and energy required for their high activity level. Without the presences of Oxygen, these foods would Oxidize (burn) very poorly resulting in a poor cellular reproduction and function, which would cause inadequate production of energy.

RECOMMENDED OXYGEN TREATMENT PROGRAMS
Not only is Oxygen Enriched Air (OEA) critical to the development and growth of the human body but the method in which we distribute this OEA. Breathing like any other bodily function is a process, which can become weak or strong depending on the time spent "practicing" it. Remember "Air" is fuel and the more and better air we breathe, the less food we need to create the energy to run our bodies.
Any person that trains on a part time or full time basis
Week 1-3 : OEA taken for 20 minutes post workout for every workout
but not more than once per day
Week 4-6 : OEA taken for 30 minutes post workout for every workout
but not more than once per day
Week 7 and on a continuous basis : OEA taken for 30 minutes
4 times per week
People who have just started any type of Athletic Program
such as working out, lifting weights, jogging, biking, cycling, racquetball, squash, tennis, adult team sports, etc.
Week 1-3 : OEA taken for 15 minutes post workout for every workout
but not more than once per day and not more than 3 times per week
Week 4-6 : OEA taken for 20 minutes post workout for every workout
but not more than once per day
Week 7 and on a continuous basis : OEA taken for 20 minutes
3 times per week
Any person that doesn't work out on a regular basis
but does work physically around the home and / or at work.
Week 1-3 : OEA taken for 15minutes per day, 2 days per week
on a Monday and Thursday or Tuesday and Friday routine
Week 4-6 : OEA taken for 20 minutes per day, 3 days per week
on an every other day routine
Week 7 and on a continuous basis : OEA taken for 20 minutes 3 times per week
on an every other day routine
